this is the new plumbing and the locus of the new toilet. its also nice to have precision tools for the wood-cutting job... 

heavy understructure keeps the floor from wobbling... money well spent ;) 

Here goes... notice that the toilet is nearly floating in the air, the foundation piles had almost rotten away
