Actually quite a lot of sand and stone... 

We got all the wet soil away, now there's room for the air to flow well under the floor insulation

No wonder there sometimes was a mushroomy odor in the house. Where did this one get the light for growing (don't mushrooms need it?) 

this floor is component-based; concrete bits are easy to remove, since the 4cm layer has been laid directly over sand/mud 

...suddenly disappears thru the concrete floor 

watch closely as this crowbar... 

El Toro is getting a feeling of the sawdust... 

But there is still some work to be done outside the house

Then to the upstairs floor (after 15 hours in the 1st floor) - here the mice have had quite a feast...
